I've had chronic neck and back pain for 15 years and I've always depended on chiropractic treatments. My muscles and joints have gotten stiffer and sore with age and sedentary lifestyle, so I booked an appointment with Bonnie at Angelia's Hands two weeks ago. Bonnie was fantastic and gave me my first-ever massage, quickly finding all my deep-tissue sore points - of which there were many. The joint socket of my left shoulder has been too sore to even touch for years; my neck has been so stiff it's been hard to turn sideways. I also have a hearing loss in both ears. Imagine my surprise when I left Angelia's Hands without any pain at all - just total refreshment and relaxation throughout my body. The most noticeable improvement is that I can now touch that sore shoulder without instant pain, and I even noticed that I seem to be hearing better. Must have been all of Bonnie's deep work in my neck, shoulders and back. Massage has definitely helped me feel better and lessened my stiffness and pain. Thanks to Bonnie.

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident in 1993. After living with neck, shoulder and back pain for 15 years, I had given up on ever finding any long term relief. Then I met Angelia. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever been to (and I've been to more than a few). Her knowledge of the human body and how all of the muscles and tendons are connected and affect different parts of the body is amazing. After four sessions, I feel better than I have in 15 years. I,m sleeping better and have better range of motion. There aren't enough words to describe how thankful I am for Angelia. She is a God send. Michele C.

I have now been seen by Angelia on four occasions for pressure point therapeutic massage and can say that she has made all the difference in the world in diminishing my pain.

Approximately 4 months ago I noticed some aching in the left buttock that I thought was sciatic pain. It increased to a point of needing analgesic medication and involved the left sciatic area, also. My hamstrings were so tight and painful that I could not stretch them at all. All of this is related to long-standing foot problems for which I have sought treatment from several different physicians, medications including Vioxx and Celebrex were prescribed as well as physical therapy and orthotics. I have several pairs of orthotics which I cannot wear and my foot problems continued until I started therapeutic massage with Angelia.

I will need continued massage treatments and will continue to work to have the orthotics properly fitted so that I can, once again, function at my usual activity level.

When I met Angelia, I'd already been to see quite a few massage therapists. I had chronic hip and back pain and was convinced that I was going to have to live with it. Just talking to her made me realize that there was something different about Angelia. She was knowledgeable and upbeat. She wanted to help me and had the skills to do it. After just one session, I was a believer. I walked without pain for 3 days straight after just one massage. It was a strange feeling to realize that I was using muscles that I'd held back relying on for over 2 years! I've seen Angelia regularly since then recommend her wherever I go. I won't ever go to another massage therapist again. Angelia is the best there is!

Jonni's Accident

A person never knows what will come their way, as was the case for me in July 2004. A friend and I were walking in town, when we were struck by a semi-truck that hauls hay. The metal beam hit me in the back of the head and knocked me unconscious and hit my friend in the shoulder. My husband, Clint, who is an EMT/First Responder came to help the ambulance and had no idea he would find his pregnant wife. To this day there isn't a doctor that knows why I lived and why I didn't miscarry. Truly a miracle from God. After I was released from the hospital, it was advised that I have cranial/sacral therapy to help with the healing process of my head and neck. I went to a few massage therapists and then found Angelia. she helped me immensely. I had a lot of muscle injury and severe whiplash. I also kept getting fluid in my ear. I continued to see a number of doctors and after a year and a half they realized I would need to have surgery to repair a spinal fluid leak. In January 2006, I underwent surgery in Fargo. I was advised that I couldn't see a chiropractor for a while, but they would let me get massages. I was in a lot of pain because they took tissue from my stomach to patch the leak. I hurt so much that I was unable to even touch my knees. I went to Angelia 3 times in one week and she loosened my muscles enough that my own body started to readjust itself. I am very thankful I found Angelia, not only for the massage but for the caring person and friend she has become. She helped me not only physically, but she also helped me emotionally and spiritually with her listening ears.
